A: 1. Have your lawn mowed the day before your scheduled appointment so that
clean-up is quick and easy.
2. Cut any over growth, such as bushes, plants, and trees, away from the house.
3. Take anything of value that may not be properly secured off the interior and
exterior walls and shelves. With any construction there is vibration and movement
that occurs through out the project. Keep valuables safe from accidents.
4. Remove from the garage and driveway any cars that will need to be in use. Most
jobs will start about 7:00 a.m.
5. If there are outlets outside, make sure they are turned on.

A: Not if your house has only one layer of shingles. But, we always recommend
tearing off the old roof, it guarantees the new roof will be completely water tight.
